Subex is a subscription manager that keeps your recurring payments, spending and renewal dates in one place. Add a service from the provider list or create a custom entry, enter your billing details, and choose a reminder. Your subscription list and calendar help you decide what to keep and what to cancel before the next payment.

Start with your Apple or Google Play subscription list, then review your email receipts and recent bank or card statements for services billed directly. Check older statements for annual renewals too. Add the subscriptions you find to Subex so you can manage them together. Subex tracks the entries you add; it does not scan your bank transactions.

Use the subscriptions finder on this website to look up a service and find its cancellation guide. To identify everything you pay for, check your app-store subscriptions, receipts and card statements too. Add those services to Subex to keep spending and renewal dates together, then decide which subscriptions to keep. Searching the directory does not scan your accounts or cancel a plan automatically.

Subex helps you reach the provider’s cancellation page when one is available, but you complete the cancellation with the company or app store that bills you. Afterward, mark the subscription as cancelled in Subex to update your tracking. Deleting or changing an entry in Subex does not stop charges from the provider.

For subscriptions billed by Apple, open Settings, select your name, then open Subscriptions. Choose the service and select Cancel Subscription. If it is missing, check the Apple Account on your receipt. A subscription billed directly by a provider or through another payment platform needs to be cancelled with whoever bills you, even if you use its app on your iPhone.

For subscriptions billed through Google Play, open the Subscriptions area in Google Play using the Google Account you purchased with. Select the service, choose Cancel subscription, and follow the confirmation steps. Services billed outside Google Play must be cancelled with the provider or billing platform. Uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription.

For a trial billed by Apple, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the trial, choose the cancellation option and confirm. Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends to prevent renewal. Check the confirmation for your access end date. Add the trial deadline to Subex and set a reminder so you can review it in time.

Open your subscriptions in Google Play using the Google Account that started the trial. Select the plan, choose Cancel subscription and complete the confirmation steps before the trial expires. Otherwise, the paid subscription begins automatically under the offer’s terms. Uninstalling the app does not stop renewal. Keep the trial-end date in Subex and set a reminder before the first payment is due.

Yes. You do not need to link a bank account or share bank login details to track subscriptions in Subex. You add the service, price, currency and billing schedule yourself. This also lets you include memberships and recurring payments from different cards in one list, as long as you keep the details up to date.

Yes. Create a custom entry for a recurring bill or membership that is not in the provider list, then add its amount and billing schedule. Subex supports weekly, monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and yearly cycles. It helps you track these payments and their dates; it does not pay bills or change payment arrangements with your providers.

You can set a renewal reminder for one or three days before a subscription is due, or turn it off for that subscription. Allow notifications on your phone and keep the billing details current so reminders follow the right schedule. You can also check upcoming renewals in the calendar whenever you want to plan ahead.

Yes. Subex supports trial status and trial-end dates, as well as yearly billing schedules. Keeping those dates in your subscription calendar helps you review a service before it becomes a paid plan or renews for another year. Always check the provider’s cancellation deadline; recording a trial in Subex does not cancel it automatically.

Premium is sold as an annual plan at $34.99 per year in USD—approximately $2.92 per month, billed annually—and as weekly plans, one of which starts at an introductory price for the first week before renewing at its standard rate. Premium also adds spending breakdowns by category and billing cycle, plus the option to switch between currency spending views.
