THE SHORT ANSWER
Start here.
If you signed up on paramountplus.com, open your Paramount+ Account page, use the Cancel Subscription link and follow the prompts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku or a TV provider, cancel with that company instead.

FOLLOW THE RIGHT BILLING ROUTE
Cancel Paramount+, step by step.
Signed up on paramountplus.com
Use a browser and the Account page rather than a TV or console app.
- Sign in and open your Paramount+ Account page.
- Click the Cancel Subscription link.
- Follow the online prompts to confirm.
- Note that the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and keep the confirmation.
Subscribed through Apple or Google Play
A subscription started in the iOS or Android app is normally billed by the store.
- On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap Paramount+, then tap Cancel Subscription.
- For Google Play, sign in to your Google Play account at payments.google.com, select Bills and Accounts, select the Paramount+ subscription and select Cancel Subscription.
- Keep the store confirmation; removing the app does not cancel anything.
Subscribed through Amazon, Roku or another partner
Paramount+ is sold as a channel or add-on through several platforms, each with its own auto-renew control.
- For Amazon, visit amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions and sign in, then next to the Paramount+ subscription select Actions, choose Turn Off Auto-Renewal, and confirm.
- For Roku or a TV provider, cancel Paramount+ inside that platform’s subscription settings.
- If you are unsure who bills you, use Paramount+’s third-party billing help page.
Before you cancel.
- Check which tier you are on and whether you have add-ons such as a premium channel bundled with Paramount+.
- Identify the biller from your receipt — Paramount+ is widely sold through Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku and TV providers.
- If you are mid-trial, note the trial end date; cancelling stops the roll-over to a paid period.
What happens next?
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period rather than immediately.
- Your Paramount+ account and profiles remain; cancelling is not account deletion.
- Paramount+ publishes a separate refund policy. Cancelling does not itself produce a refund — check that policy for your situation.
GOOD TO KNOW
Questions, answered.
Where is the Cancel Subscription link on Paramount+?
On your Paramount+ Account page after signing in on paramountplus.com. If it is not there, a third party such as Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku or a TV provider bills your subscription and you cancel with them.
Does cancelling Paramount+ stop access right away?
No. Paramount+ says cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.
How do I cancel Paramount+ if I subscribed through Amazon?
Go to amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions, sign in, select Actions next to the Paramount+ subscription, choose Turn Off Auto-Renewal and confirm. Amazon, not Paramount+, controls that billing.
Can I get a refund for Paramount+?
Paramount+ maintains its own refund policy, which is separate from cancelling. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not automatically reverse a past one. Check the refund policy and contact whoever took the payment.
I cancelled but the app still asks me to sign up.
That usually means you are signed in with a different email, or the subscription that is still active is held under a partner account. Check the account on your receipt and, if a third party billed you, check that platform’s subscription list.
