- Choose Cancel, then Finish Cancellation.

Billed by Apple or another partner
Identify the billing partner in your Netflix account before following store instructions.
- Check Membership for the partner link or contact instructions.
- Complete cancellation with that billing partner.
Apple billing is not available to new or rejoining Netflix customers; existing Apple-billed accounts may need Apple’s cancellation process.
Before you cancel.
- Check whether this is a standalone plan, an add-on channel, or part of a TV or mobile bundle.
- Note any shared profiles or household members who rely on the subscription.
What happens next?
- For a normally active, directly billed account, access continues until the paid billing period ends.
- Retain the cancellation email and check the account’s status before your next renewal.

How do I cancel Netflix on my phone or iPhone?
Open Netflix’s membership page in your phone’s browser and follow the cancellation steps above. Use Apple’s subscription settings only if Apple actually bills your account.
How do I stop Netflix autopay?
Cancel the membership and keep the confirmation. Removing the app is not a cancellation request.
Does deleting the Netflix app cancel my account?
No. Uninstalling or signing out does not end the membership.
Is cancelling Netflix the same as deleting my account?
