To cancel Sling TV, first check who took the payment. For an Apple-billed plan, select it in Apple Subscriptions; for a Google Play-billed plan, use Google Play subscriptions. Otherwise, use the billing provider’s account or support.

If you subscribed on the provider’s website
These steps apply to a direct website purchase. If a TV platform or another partner bills your plan, use that partner’s account or support instead.
- Sign in to the Sling account that owns the recurring subscription.
- Open Manage, choose Cancel, and complete the remaining prompts.
- Keep the confirmation and review the end date and any separately billed extras.
If Apple bills your subscription
Use this route only when your Sling TV subscription appears in the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select the Sling TV subscription and choose Cancel Subscription.
- Complete the confirmation and note the status and end date shown by Apple.
If the subscription is missing, check the Apple Account on the receipt. A website purchase will not necessarily appear here.
If Google Play bills your subscription
Use the Google Account on the purchase receipt. Installing the Android app alone does not mean Google manages the payment.
- Open Subscriptions in Google Play using the account that paid.
- Select the Sling TV plan, then choose Cancel subscription.
- Follow the remaining prompts and save the confirmation and access end date.
Before you cancel.
- Check whether you pay the TV service directly or subscribe through another provider.
- Review premium channels, add-ons and any separate subscriptions listed on your receipts.
What happens next?
- Keep the billing provider’s cancellation confirmation and the displayed end date.
- Review refund requests and any one-time purchases separately. Stopping a renewal does not automatically reverse past charges.
- Update your subscription status in Subex after completing cancellation, and keep reminders for the subscriptions you choose to keep.

How do I cancel my Sling TV subscription on iPhone?
If Apple bills the plan, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions and select Sling TV. Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm. If it is missing, check the receipt for another Apple Account or a different billing provider.
How do I cancel Sling TV on Android?
For a Google Play-billed plan, open Google Play subscriptions using the account on your receipt, select Sling TV, and complete cancellation. If the provider took payment directly, use its account or support instead.
Will cancelling my TV plan also cancel every add-on?
Check the confirmation and your billing account for each extra. An add-on included in the same plan and a subscription purchased separately can have different cancellation processes.
Can I stop a Sling TV trial before it renews?
If your plan includes an auto-renewing trial, check its deadline and cancel with the billing provider before it ends. Apple advises cancelling a trial at least 24 hours before the end. Trial availability and access after cancellation depend on your offer.
Why am I still being charged for Sling TV?
Compare the new charge with your cancellation confirmation. Check for another purchase account, a separate plan or a different billing provider. Contact the company on the receipt with both records; removing an app or changing an entry in Subex does not stop billing.
