To cancel Drama Pops, first check who took the payment. For an Apple-billed plan, select it in Apple Subscriptions; for a Google Play-billed plan, use Google Play subscriptions. Otherwise, use the billing provider’s account or support. Check whether the charge is a renewing membership or a one-time coin or episode purchase.

If Apple bills your subscription
Use this route only when your Drama Pops subscription appears in the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select the Drama Pops subscription and choose Cancel Subscription.
- Complete the confirmation and note the status and end date shown by Apple.
If the subscription is missing, check the Apple Account on the receipt. A website purchase will not necessarily appear here.
If Google Play bills your subscription
Use the Google Account on the purchase receipt. Installing the Android app alone does not mean Google manages the payment.
- Open Subscriptions in Google Play using the account that paid.
- Select the Drama Pops plan, then choose Cancel subscription.
- Follow the remaining prompts and save the confirmation and access end date.
If the provider or another company bills you
For a purchase outside Apple or Google Play, follow the provider on the receipt. Plan availability and account menus can differ.
- Find the Drama Pops order or renewal email and identify the company that took the payment.
- Open that company’s account or subscription settings. If you cannot find cancellation, use its official support with your order number.
- Complete the cancellation process and keep written confirmation. Check the date it takes effect before assuming renewal has stopped.
Before you cancel.
- Check whether the receipt is for an auto-renewing membership or a one-time purchase of coins, tickets or episodes. They are not the same thing.
- Find the renewal date and billing period in the subscription details. Do not assume a viewing pass renews monthly.
- Match the app name, purchase account and order number before choosing Apple, Google Play or the provider’s own support.
What happens next?
- Keep the billing provider’s cancellation confirmation and the displayed end date.
- Review refund requests and any one-time purchases separately. Stopping a renewal does not automatically reverse past charges.
- Update your subscription status in Subex after completing cancellation, and keep reminders for the subscriptions you choose to keep.

How do I cancel my Drama Pops subscription on iPhone?
If Apple bills the plan, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions and select Drama Pops. Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm. If it is missing, check the receipt for another Apple Account or a different billing provider.
How do I cancel Drama Pops on Android?
For a Google Play-billed plan, open Google Play subscriptions using the account on your receipt, select Drama Pops, and complete cancellation. If the provider took payment directly, use its account or support instead.
Is cancelling a subscription the same as getting a refund for coins?
No. A recurring subscription and a one-time purchase are different transactions. Check the type of purchase on your receipt. Stopping renewal does not automatically refund a coin pack or previously unlocked episodes; ask the company that took the payment about that purchase.
Can I stop a Drama Pops trial before it renews?
If your plan includes an auto-renewing trial, check its deadline and cancel with the billing provider before it ends. Apple advises cancelling a trial at least 24 hours before the end. Trial availability and access after cancellation depend on your offer.
Why am I still being charged for Drama Pops?
Compare the new charge with your cancellation confirmation. Check for another purchase account, a separate plan or a different billing provider. Contact the company on the receipt with both records; removing an app or changing an entry in Subex does not stop billing.
